The motto is We Serve and that is what we try to do in the community. The 1) sends crippled children to summer camp, 2) sponsors a cancer benefit, 3) offers free eye exams and eyeglasses for the needy, 4) offers free glaucoma screening for the general public, 5) provides food baskets to needy families during Thanksgiving and Easter, 6) offers free screening to pre-school children for eye abnormalities through Cub Site Program,7)provide scholarship safety awards to students, and 8) makes cash contributions to International , Louisiana League for Crippled Children, Louisiana Eye , and other local organizations.

PROVIDES CONSTRUCTION JOB TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL SERVICES, AND MENTORSHIP TO FORMERLY INCARCERATED NEIGHBORS. WE ALSO WORK TO ELIMINATE BLIGHT AND PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS TO LOW- AND MIDDLE-INCOME FAMILES.

Our mission is to stop cycle of incarceration by fostering independence and self-sustainability through education, stable and secure housing and employment, health care, and community engagement. Through leadership and wisdom of formerly incarcerated people themselves, + transforms re-entry experience into one that builds on strengths and abilities of people returning home from prison and ensures that they, their families, and their communities are given greatest opportunity to grow and thrive.

PROVIDES OFFICERS WITH REQUIRED POST BASIC/CORRECTIONS TRAINING COURSES AND LOCAL PLANNING ACTIVITIES TO THE VARIOUS AGENCIES WITHIN THE FIVE PARISH AREA.

AGENCY, INC. ACTING UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE LOUISIANA COMMISSION ON AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE, AS PROVIDED IN LOUISIANA REVISED STATUTES 15:1209 WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR PERSONS MOST FAMILIAR WITH THE PROBLEMS OF LOCAL TO STUDY, ADDRESS, AND ADOPT METHODS, PROCEDURES AND PROGRAMS THAT WILL RESULT IN MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE CRIMINAL JUSTICE OPERATIONS IN THE LOUISIANA AREA.

Organization supports affiliates, local unions, in the Legislature on all matters pertaining to law enforcement, education, retirement and related matters, and in making chariatable contributions.

PROVIDING THE OPPORTUNITY FOR TO EXCHANGE IDEAS ON THE OPERATION THEIR OFFICES, TO EVALUATE THE STANDARDS AND OFFER WAYS AND MEANS TO SERVE THE PUBLIC BETTER, TO ENCOURAGE THE PASSAGE UNIFORM LAWS PERTAINING TO THE ADMINISTRATION THEIR DUTIES, TO EXEMPLIFY THE IDEALS PUBLIC SERVICE AS AN INFLUENCE IN BUSINESS AND CIVIC LIFE AND TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FORMULATION AND ADVANCEMENT OFFICIAL POLICIES .

YOUTH SERVICE PROGRAMS FOR ACADEMIC, VOCATION OR CULTURAL NATURE AIMED AT THE PREVENTION OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE IN AT-RISK YOUTHS.

TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR MEMBER LAW ENFORCEMENT . TO PERFORM SERVICES WHICH IMPROVES THE QUALITY LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT OUACHITA AND SURROUNDING PARISHES BY ASSISTING THE NEEDY WITH FOOD, HOUSING, UTILITIES, HEALTHCARE PAYMENTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS.

THE TRUST #3 IS A CHARITABLE TRUST UNDER LOUISIANA LAW. THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUST IS TO HOLD INVEST ASSETS CONTRIBUTED TO THE ORGANIZATION TO DISTRIBUTE THE ANNUAL EARNINGS TO IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH FOR RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES.

THE TRUST #2 IS A CHARITABLE TRUST UNDER LOUISIANA LAW. THE PURPOSE OF THE TRUST IS TO HOLD INVEST ASSETS CONTRIBUTED TO THE ORGANIZATION TO DISTRIBUTE THE ANNUAL EARNINGS TO OUR LADY HELP OF CHRISTIANS CATHOLIC CHURCH FOR RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES.

THE (SBA)SERVES AS THE DEFINITIVE GOVERNING ORGANIZATION AT PAUL M. HEBERT CENTER. WE PERFORM THE EXECUTIVE, LEGISLATIVE, AND JUDICIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE BODY. WE REPRESENT THE ISSUES AND INTEREST OF THE BODY TO THE CENTER ADMINISTRATION AND COMMUNITY AT LARGE. OUR GOAL IS TO FOSTER THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AND ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT OF OUR MEMBERS. THE SUPPORTS AND PROMOTES DIVERSE ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPLEMENT EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL GROWTH, AND SOCIALIZATION. BY HOSTING ANNUAL SOCIAL EVENTS, THE PROMOTES FRIENDSHIPS AND PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIPS.
